MEALPAUSE
Your time. Your data.
Effective September 5, 2026.
Mealpause stores fasting sessions and preferences only on your iPhone. The Mealpause app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. The app has no account, analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud service.
On your device
Your active session’s start and target finish are shared locally with the Mealpause widget. If you add a Lock Screen widget, its fasting information is visible there. Optional reminders are scheduled locally by iOS after you enable them and grant permission.
Your choices
You can edit or delete individual sessions, turn reminders off, or delete all app data in Settings. Records are excluded from backups. Deleting the app removes your history, and there is no cloud restore.
This website and support
This support website is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitor IP addresses for security, as described in its hosting documentation. We have added no analytics or tracking scripts.
If you choose to contact us through GitHub, your request and GitHub profile are public and can be read by the maintainer. Do not include health information or private session records. GitHub processes website and support activity under its privacy statement. This is separate from the offline app, which sends no session data to GitHub or the developer.
Changes
If a future version changes these practices, this policy will be updated. The current version of Mealpause does not send personal data to the developer.
